The Chrysler 300C 6.4L Stage 4 upgrade is meticulously engineered to deliver extraordinary enhancements in performance and power. The process begins with our trained technician removing the engine from the vehicle and disassembling it to replace the factory camshaft with a high-performance camshaft, along with the installation of a phase limiter kit. In addition, we fit a set of Higgins Performance CNC-ported cylinder heads, which offer improved airflow and efficiency.

Following this, we replace the MDS lifters with Hellcat units and install upgraded valve springs in the cylinder heads. The engine is then reassembled with new head gaskets and head bolts, ensuring its reliability and strength under increased performance.

To further boost airflow, we install a high-flow K&N cold air intake system that outflows the standard intake by approximately 35%. We also fit 4-1 stainless steel extractors, high-flow metallic catalytic converters, and a dual 3" stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, significantly enhancing the engine's breathing capabilities and producing a more powerful exhaust note.

Once all high-performance components are in place, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Using the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, ensuring a smooth and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with extensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary final adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s overall performance and drivability. This comprehensive upgrade is completed within a week, and at the end of the process, you will receive a detailed dyno graph comparing the power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly demonstrating the remarkable improvements achieved.
