The Everest 3.2L Stage-1 upgrade enhances your vehicle's performance using high-quality components from HPD and Process West. Our process begins with a baseline dyno run on our 4WD dynamometer to ensure your vehicle is in optimal condition and to establish a performance benchmark. After the upgrade, we provide a dyno graph comparing before and after power and torque gains.

Upgrades

1. Process West Cold Side Intercooler Pipe
   The factory rubber hose connecting the intercooler to the throttle body is prone to failure, leading to a Check Engine Light, power loss, and black exhaust smoke. We replace it with a high-quality Process West silicone pipe and heavy-duty hose clamps, providing a durable, permanent solution.
2. Custom ECU Tuning
   Using advanced ECU tuning software, we optimize your vehicle's ECU on the dyno in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency. Final adjustments are made during road testing to ensure optimal performance and driveability.
