GEN-F LSA Stage 3 | 530KW

The HPF LSA Stage-3 upgrade starts with our trained technician fitting a Harrop Cold Air Induction system with a high flow, serviceable air filter element and a 160-degree thermostat to the engines cooling system, a higher boost Griptec 65mm (2.55”) supercharger drive pulley, ZPE hub and coupling upgrade which is complimented by a set of high flow fuel injectors the same as Stage-2. Stage-3 goes further adding a full stainless steel exhaust system including 2”, 4-1 extractors and 3" high flow catalytic converters. We then custom tune your vehicle's ECU on the dyno utilizing the latest ECU tuning software to maximize power and torque and to optimize fuel efficiency. We complete the upgrade process by testing your vehicle on the road to make final adjustments, optimizing your vehicle's performance and driveability. This is all completed in two days. At the end of this upgrade, you will be provided with a dyno graph detailing the power & torque increase of your vehicle. Flex Fuel (E85) is an option, talk to one of our Sales Representatives.

  • Cold air intake - The Harrop Cold Air Induction (CAI) system features a large diameter free-flowing intake path to ensure maximum performance from your LSA powered vehicle. It features a large surface area pod style air filter to assist in minimizing the restriction of air flow and is contained in a fabricated housing which seals against the underside of the vehicles bonnet to reduce the intake of hot air from inside the engine bay.
  • Thermostat - HPF offers this premium quality 160-degree thermostat for LSA Applications. This is a direct drop in with no modifications needed and includes the rubber seal. Reducing engine coolant temperature will help produce more horsepower and improve your performance and driveability. The thermostat is an easy to install component and requires no modifications.
  • Supercharger pulley - The High boost supercharger pulley includes the ZPE Pulley Hub system for the factory GM LSA engine. The pulley is made from billet 7075-T6 aerospace grade aluminium, stronger and harder than 6061 T6. This pulley is equipped with GripTec® - a unique micro machining technology. This technology allows the maximum grip force to be applied to the component and belt without damaging your belt. Made in California, USA.
  • Fuel injectors - HPF only uses premium fuel injectors from Excess Fuel Injectors for the LSA platform. All Excess Injectors are tested on a custom built test bench to J1832 standards under a strict testing protocol in a purpose-built facility in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs. Every injector set is dynamically flow matched within 1% and deadtime matched within 2%. This saves dyno time tuning injectors and allows us to get a perfect result every time. These injectors come with a lifetime guarantee – ask for more info.
  • Exhaust - HPF chooses Pacemaker Exhausts for the LSA platform. Made in Richmond, South Australia for almost half a century, Pacemaker are synonymous with performance and quality. Given the performance the LSA is capable of producing, we chose Pacemakers 2” 4-1 headers (extractors) for the maximum in flow, matched to their 3” high flow catalytic converters and a stainless steel dual 3” system. The sound is deep and meaningful.

  • We recommend all vehicles coming to HPF for tuning run 98 Octane fuel. Please contact us if you have a need to use different fuel.
  • Quoted power figures are approximate and calculated at the flywheel, based on results with the 6.2 lt. LSA power plant on the HPF chassis dynomometer.
  • Modifications such as this package require the vehicle to be in excellent mechanical order.
  • We advise against increasing the power output substantially on high kilometer engines, if your engine has in excessive of 150,000kms please contact us to discuss options.
