If you’re looking for the next stage in performance and a sound that will scare old ladies, HPF has the cam upgrade package for you – Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) in Kentucky, USA lead the way in valvetrain component design as these new BTR lobe designs were all Spintron and Engine Dyno tested to achieve the highest overall power curve while also maintaining strict valvetrain stability and durability standards. HPF is not shy in leveraging BTR’s extensive testing and as such, our product list for the cam package includes BTR’s camshafts line up, BTR Phaser limiter / lock systems, and valve springs. We offer a number of different sized camshafts for the Hemi including BTR’s renowned Truck Norris for the 5.7L Ram, Jeep GC & 300c, which offers an additional 1500rpm of powerband and a nice chunky idle, too a boosted Trackhawk camshaft that offers a very tough idle and the extra power to match – choose you’re poison. Supporting the BTR components are high quality non-MDS hydraulic lifters, heavy duty Crow Cams pushrods, quality gaskets and lubricants.

  • BTR HEMI VVT TRUCK NORRIS camshaft - Specs: 212/23X, .587/.586, 109.5 LSA. Unleash the power of the legendary Hemi with BTR’s Truck Norris Camshaft – a force to be reckoned with in the world of Gen III HEMI. Crafted with the spirit of martial arts precision, the Truck Norris Camshaft embodies the essence of high-performance demands, delivering a knockout punch to the status quo. Like a roundhouse kick from a master, BTR’s in-house engineering team meticulously designed and developed these lobes with an unparalleled balance of power and stability. Spintron and dyno testing validate their superior performance, ensuring durability that stands up to the most demanding challenges—just like a true martial arts master. This ‘Truck Norris’ grind gives an additional 1500 RPM of usable operating range while maintaining drivability. On the BTR Dyno, we saw gains over the factory cam everywhere above the 2000 RPM start point. At 6000 RPM, a gain of 71 HP and 62 lb/ft. The ‘Truck Norris’ continues to pull strong to 7000 RPM! Results achieved with E85 fuel.

Rigorous spintron and dyno testing validate its superior performance and durability, making it the choice for enthusiasts seeking a noticeable upgrade. The ‘Stage 2’ grind is a popular choice for those looking to delete MDS or add some pep to their 5.7 or 6.4 HEMI's step. With significant power gains and near OEM driving characteristics when paired with an aftermarket Exhaust and intake. This camshaft works well with stock converters. This ‘Stage 2’ grind provides an additional 1200 RPM of usable operating range while maintaining drivability. On the BTR Dyno, we observed gains over the factory cam above 2300 RPM, with a peak gain of 71 HP and 62 lb/ft at 6000 RPM. The ‘Stage 2’ continues to pull strong past 6700 RPM! Results achieved with E85 fuel.

On the BTR Dyno, we observed gains starting at 3800 RPM, with a peak gain of 83 HP and 72 lb/ft at 6000 RPM. The ‘Stage 4’ continues to pull strong past 7100 RPM! Results achieved with E85 fuel.
